As the Events Coordinator for Bates Wealth Strategies, Jessi fosters meaningful connections between clients and advisors. She loves to engage with others and leave lasting memories with the clients that will express IWS’ deep gratitude for their trust. Jessi loves meeting new people and believes that every interaction is an opportunity to make a positive impact on others.

Jessi was awarded the Presidential Fellow Scholarship from the University of Texas at Tyler where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Pre-Law. Her social science background brings a fresh perspective to her role as she actively seeks ways to connect with clients in a way that will make them feel heard and valued.

Residing in the small town of Ben Wheeler, Texas, Jessi shares her life with her husband Connor, her high school sweetheart. Beyond her professional endeavors, Jessi enjoys cross-stitching, disc golfing with her husband, and baking. Her passion for meditation and reflection extends beyond her personal life, creating an atmosphere of mindfulness that she shares with friends and family. Jessi's diverse skills and warm personality contribute to the vibrant and client-focused culture at Island Wealth Strategies.
